Following the Joint Forum with six other professional institutes held on 7 June 2014, a submission embracing issues raised during the Forum has been made on 14 July 2014 to the Bills Committee copy of which is enclosed.

At the same time, a separate submission made by the Board on 9 July 2014 is also attached.
